徐坰德是一所普通大学的老师，发表一些天马行空的个人看法，本来大可一笑置之，没必要和一个半吊子专家较真。但仔细研究下这人的背景，会发现这件事没有那么简单。
这人虽然不学无术，但却在美国非常吃得开，纽约时报曾大肆为其扬名；韩国国内论坛也曾披露，此人是韩国国情院的重要线人。
韩国国情院，是在美国中情局的支持下建立的，被韩国人称为“韩国中情局”，可以看作是美国中情局韩国分局。
徐坰德“春节去中国化”的观点在英语世界的火爆，极有可能是美国针对中国的又一波舆论攻势。目的是打压中国文化的世界影响力。
另一个关键证据在这里：特朗普时代美驻华大使在描述春节时，一直使用“中国春节”（Chinese Lunar Calendar）这个提法，而拜登上台后，这个单词就从美国官方的词典里消失了，一律被替换成“农历春节”（Lunar New Year）。
不信的话，大家可以翻一翻这两年美国官方发布的新年贺词，用的全是Lunar New Year这个词。
当然，这是一个非常小的细节，很多人会说这只是个提法而已，没必要上纲上线。但需要提醒大家的是，美国最强大的进攻武器是文化武器，二战后他们通过文化武器解决了很多对手，积累下丰富的经验。

春节不是中国的，韩国又来抢“春节”了。韩国一些人和媒体宣称要“发起运动”在春节英文译法中去掉Chinese（中国），要求联合国将相关表述改为“Lunar New Year（农历新年）”。这个历代中国王朝的附属国几乎所有的文明都来自中国，却一直贼心不死，惦记着我们的每一个文明符号。
【韩国对春节英文译法又提出抗议了】 今年春节，韩国教授、韩国网络外交使节团（VANK）纷纷发声，要在春节的英文译法中去掉“Chinese”字样。
联合国在今年的春节纪念邮票中出现了“ Chinese Lunar Calendar（中国农历）”的字样，本来是很正常的事情，因为去年联合国也推出了类似的春节纪念邮票。但是韩国网络外交使节团（VANK）据此专门向联合国发送抗议信，要求将表述改为“Lunar New Year（农历新年）”，同时他们还专门制作海报，介绍韩国的春节和春节文化。他们认为，不仅在中国，韩国、越南、新加坡、马来西亚等亚洲多个国家也将春节作为节日来纪念，因此应该阻止春节被固定称作“中国新年”。
我查找了一些国内正规媒体的翻译，中国日报将春节翻译成“Chinese new year”或“Spring Festival”都有，人民网、央视网英文频道最新的一篇报道翻译成“Spring Festival”。因此，国内官媒并没有刻意强调“Chinese”字样。国外很多的英文媒体，尤其是英语母语的国家，因为华人多，一般都是习惯翻译成“Chinese new year”。
春节本来就是起源于中国的农历，尽管如今不止中国有春节的节日，但是翻译成“Chinese new year”也无可厚非。韩国民间团体从2004年就掀起改名运动，不过到今天，收效甚微。

可笑，当我们还在和韩国网民争论，中国新年和农历新年的时候，北大的外宣却出现了英文的“农历新年”字样，而且不止一篇文章是这样的，通篇没有中国新年的词语出现，更加讽刺的是，谷歌2022年现时搜索农历新年，出来的反而是“中国新年”。
我们中国人当然过中国春节，韩国人你们也可以过我们中国的春节，你想叫春节是农历新年，也不是不行，但是请记住，农历也是中国发明的，所以请您应该叫，“中国农历新年”才更符合事实和实事求是。
请大家看看国家质检总局、国家标准委发布的GB/T 33661-2017《农历的编算和颁行》标准。标题明确了农历是 the Chinese calendar。所以大家所用的chinese new year 才是完全正确无误的。
“宇宙大国”的民众您们应该知晓，虽然你们现在开始过农历新年，或许很久以前你们也过过农历新年，但是不管现在还是很久以前，你们的农历新年都是学我们的，春节文化的根永远在中国，永远不会改变。
