人活着，谁也不容易，每个人有每个人的难处。不管有多难，都要懂得调整心态，管理好情绪。过往的悲欢离合、阴影圆缺都已经过去。无论快乐或痛苦，都不要太较真、太执着。生命的厚度不是你看到想到多少事，而是看透了以后，你想开了多少事。生活繁乱，要让自己时时保持一颗热爱生活的心。
