电子人民币。意欲何为？
今天英国金融时报讲中国的电子人民币。主要观点是，
（1）电子人民币是为了人民币的国际化，跟美元的霸权地位竞争。
（2）为了更好地控制中国的社会和经济。
我写了两篇英文小品讽刺记者们。我说，中国政府除了做这两件事以外，什么都不会干了，一个是控制社会，一个是跟美国竞争，中国政府还作别的事儿吗？
回到正题。我认为央行的电子人民币并没有一个特别清晰的目标。只是一个试验。提高自己的科技能力。走一步看一步。这是非常有价值的事情。跟美元竞争？瞎扯。中国的外汇管制使得中国根本就无法与美元竞争。我们没打仗，先投降了！
我们资本流动都有困难，谈什么竞争？这不是瞎扯吗？
第二，跟阿里支付和腾讯支付竞争？这更是是瞎扯！中国政府还用跟他们竞争吗？至于说，用电子货币更好地控制社会和经济，这也是胡说八道，难道中国政府还没有完全控制吗？
