Rip off 就是说你去买东西买贵了， 有点被骗的感觉。
Rip off可以做动词，也可以做名词，
*中文释义：宰客，漫天要价，敲诈，敲竹杠，坑骗，偷窃，扯掉，剥削；
敲诈行为，抄袭之作，冒牌货，偷窃。
*英文释义：something that is not worth what you pay for it；an act of fraud, a swindle；If someone rips you off, they cheat you by charging you too much money for something or by selling you something that is broken or damaged.
