But many students don't get enough sleep because of early school start time and heavy homework.About 80percent of middle school students don't get enough sleep,the China Youth and Children Research Center reported.For some students,they want to sleep early,but they keep worrying about their schoolwork and can't fall asleep quickly.For others,they may even have insomnia,and usually they have to ask the doctors for help.
These sleeping problems greatly*affect people's life.Some doctors found out that*lack of sleep for teenagers lead to poor grades.Students without enough sleep cannot pay attention in class or do well in sports.Also,they often become anxious easily.
Luckily,with good sleep habits,it is easier to fall asleep.Some of these good habits include*avoiding drinks that make people excited late in the day,going to sleep at the same time every night,and sleeping in a comfortable place that is dark,quiet,and neither too warm nor too cold.

【港大本地学生竟然滋扰内地女大学生宿舍,岂能轻饶?】
近日,港大利铭泽堂有3名宿舍学生于凌晨时分骚扰同层两名内地女宿生。

那3名涉事的宿舍学生,不断敲打两名内地女宿生的房门,并以普通话指“我们出来玩啊”、“香港欢迎你”、“给我滚”、“走啊走啊,快点走,不要来”等等。女事主把这一整段滋扰及恐吓的说话录下来。据悉,有男生还在一开始时对内地女宿生说:“Can I come in?Can I sleep with you?”等说话,只是一开始时女事主没有把这些对白录下来。除了直接参与这“校园霸凌事件”的3名宿生之外,录音里亦有其他学生的笑声,显然有一些好事之徒在围观。
港大利铭泽堂宿生会代表在接获投诉后,已联同舍堂导师与相关同学沟通,并向涉事的3名宿生重申舍堂对“深夜噪音和骚扰”抱零容忍态度。涉事宿生已向事主致歉。校方亦已处分了那3名宿生。其中两名宿生被永久禁止住宿,一名宿生则禁止住宿一个学期。校方亦对另外两名涉事的宿生作出警告。
那3名港大学生欺凌及针对内地女宿生的行为固然可耻,但校方的处理方式及罚则太轻,才是更大的问题。校方只以“深夜噪音和骚扰”来概括事件,明显是有意包庇那3名涉事学生。
这3名学生,在深夜时分跑到女生宿舍,据女事主说有人还说“Can I sleep with you?”,明显已属于“性骚扰”的范畴。为何香港的“女权分子”没有为受害内地女宿生发声?然后,这3人不断强调对方是内地人,要人家“滚”,因人家是内地人而作出歧视及挑衅的行为。为什么“平机会”没有为女事主抱不平呢?另外,他们3人的所作所为,根本就是“校园霸凌行为”,又岂能只归纳为“深夜噪音和骚扰”呢?
港大校方、舍堂导师及宿生会,即使在证据确凿、无可抵赖的情况下,仍只是把问题轻轻放下。如果万一女事主没有把那3名学生的说话及滋扰行为录下来呢?
笔者认为,大学校园是社会的一个缩影;这事件足以显示,在经历了一场“黑暴”之后,香港社会里绝大部份人仍没有好好反思及检讨,“仇中”及“排外”情绪仍然充斥着社会各阶层,将严重影响香港社会的健康发展。
校方需要处理好相关事情,阻止“仇中”及“排外”的情绪在校园蔓延,并教育好下一代,杜绝欺凌行为,应该至少做好以下3点:
1.我们要摒弃“得过且过”及“大事化小”的思维。对于涉事的3名大学生,警方应该介入,调查是否有“性骚扰”成分。校方亦要交代清楚,这3名学生所干犯的绝不只是“深夜噪音和骚扰”,而是真正的“校园霸凌行为”。
2.大家把逻辑理顺,正视好问题之后,便要对涉事的学生作出相应的惩罚。敢问校方的教育理念,是提倡人人平等,还是各社会阶层有差别,可以胡乱欺凌对方?敢问校方认为“校园霸凌行为”只属小事?敢问校方是否包容“性骚扰”行为?如果都不是,为何校方仍要保留这3名学生的学位?就算退一步来说,政府资助大学,大学又应否继续把资源用在这些无德无行之学生身上?罚则太轻,又怎会有警惕作用?这些学生会反思己过吗?反过来说,3名涉嫌“性骚扰”、“歧视”及“校园霸凌”的学生,不仅可以保留学席,还继续获得政府资助,这又对外界发放出什么信息呢?
3.学园的公众场所,包括各大楼的门口、饭堂、课室、图书馆、休憩地方及走廊等地方,都应该多加设“天眼”。我们要管理好一个地区的治安,除了从“教育”及“惩罚”两个大方向着手之外,亦应该多设监察的措施。这样才可以减少相同事件不断发生之情况。
总的来说,2019年爆发的“黑暴”已是一个很好的教训。若我们至今仍不好好反省,并致力打击恶势力的“苗头”,后果将不堪设想。此外,就算大家的下一代已在英美等西方国家受教育,但将心比心,你认为到外地升学的学生们,就应该要受到当地学生的欺负吗

事件令人发指,校方于9月9日发新闻稿,指已就相关宿生于酒后不当之举进行调查,并且作出处分。 当中有二人被禁永久住宿;一人则被停宿一个学期,另外有两人受到警告。
港大学苑就事件向利铭泽堂宿生会查询,代表指拒容忍深夜噪音及骚扰,并对受影响学生致歉。 而两名内地宿生则对校方的处理手法表示满意。
虽说事件涉及醉酒,但涉事本地生却是针对内地生,当中的「给我滚」更是见对内地生的歧视。 深夜滋扰女生,令人发指,身为大学生未能律己自制,亦是令人失望,仅罚停宿、禁宿,真是可令涉事者反省过错吗?
