“查字典”不是“check dictionary”，这种中式英语别再说啦

说到“查字典”，我们会先想到“check”，然后联想到“check dictionary”。但其实，这是一句中式英语。

我们说的“查字典”，一般都是指在字典里找某个字或者词。如果用“check”，说的则是检查字典有没有什么问题。

“查字典”正确的说法是“consult a dictionary”。“consult”作为动词有“查阅；请教；向...请教”的意思。

可能有的人还想到了“look up dictionary”，但是这个说法也不准确。正确的说法是“look up the word(sth) in the dictionary”，在字典里查找某个词。

孟加拉外资公司的注册流程

1.公司核名（Name Clearance）:通过后取得核名证书，名字检索有效期1个月。

2.网络税务登记证书（ETIN）:需要PP复印件，姓名，父母姓名，出生日期，现在住址，永久地址等，

3.股东决议（Board of resolution）:不能低于两个股东

4.法人合伙人公章（AOA，MOA with signature＆seal of Lawyer）

5.办公室租赁合同（Rent Agreement（Translation inthree language，approved by Notary Public））:

6.银行开户（Bank block account）:需要以上5项资料及所有股东的护照、照片和银行开户申请表，一般需要存入银行5000TK的开户金，取得银行开户信息证明文件。这是将来的基本账户.

7、注册资本金汇入（Registered capitalremittance）：只能通过国外银行美金转入验资账号，根据股比缴纳注册资本金。缴款成功，取得银行出具的股东出资证明文件。

8.登记注册证（Registration-Incorporationcertificate）:向孟加拉国注册管理局（RJSC）提交以上文件和注册申请表，缴纳政府收费（收费标准由注册资本决定，采用区间算法，以5万美金资本金为例，税费合计：57523TK），随后取得公司登记证书。

9、申请营业执照（Trade License）:提交以上资料及申请表，缴纳政府收费，取得贸易证。

10、申请无异议证书（NOC of the Local Govt）:一般会有相关工作人员实地考察，缴纳相关费用并取得NOC证书.

11.申请税务登记证（TIN Certificate-company）:提交以上资料及申请表，缴纳相关费用并取得公司税号证书。

12.申请增值税税号（VAT registration）:提交以上资料及申请表，缴纳相关费用并取得公司税号。

13.向孟加拉投资发展局注册（BangladeshInvestment Development Authority （BIDA）Registration）:提交机器清单、原材料清单、员工清单-必须声明70％以上的机械和原材料进口，如果申报70％的进口，超过工业注册证的进口，就可以获得100％的进口不需要纳税。及其他资料，缴费取证。

说说英语里的“真”true, real, authentic, really, genuine, actual, factual（上）

以上几个英语单词都有“真”的含义，具体的意思和强调的重点却各有不同，今天我们来说说看：

1.“true”强调的是“符合事实的，而非捏造或猜测的”，通常可翻译为“确实的，如实的，确有其事的”，如What I heard about him turned out to be true(我听说的有关他的传闻被发现确有其事).

此外，true 还可意为“真正的，确切的，名副其实的，非表面上的”，可与real或exact通用，只能用在名词前面，如There is true love between my father and mother(我父母是真心相爱).

Frank doesn't reveal his true character to anyone except his mum(除了他母亲以外，弗兰克未对任何人显露过他的真正性格).

2.“real”强调的是“实际存在或发生的，而非凭空想象的”，如As an adult, you have to face up to the real world all by yourself(作为一名成年人，你不得不单独面对现实世界).

Starvation is a real problem in Africa(饥饿在非洲是个确实存在的问题).

此外，“real”还可意为“正宗的，非假冒或人工的”，可与genuine通用，如The sofa is made of real cowhide(这款沙发是用正宗的牛皮制成的). 另外，“real”还可意为“真正的，实际上的”，可与true或actual换用，只能用在名词前面，如Mark's real name is Anthony Armstrong(马克的真正姓名是安东尼•阿姆斯特朗).

Tom doesn't have any real friend in his life(汤姆在生活中没有什么真正的朋友).

3.“authentic”强调的是“正宗的，真品的，真迹的”，常可与genuine换用，如A good many foreigners in China like eating authentic Chinese food(在中国的许多外国人喜欢吃正宗的中国食物).

The owner of the pawnshop doesn't know if the antique is authentic(典当行的老板不知道这件古玩是不是真品).

此外，“authentic”还可意为“真实的，真正的”，强调准确可靠，如The employment information provided by the candidate in his CV is authentic(候选人在他的简历里提供的受雇信息是真实的).

A witness provided the police with an authentic account of the suspect who had fled the scene（一名目击者向警方提供了对逃离现场的嫌疑人的真实描述）.
