ahover（ahover和alink）

现如今流行的UI框架，几乎是你想用的组件都具备。

比如，我主要用的两个UI框架是element-ui、ant-design-vue,

组件种类是既好看又丰富，极大地提高了开发效率。

但是，这也暴露了一个问题！

过度依赖，UI框架导致很多基础的CSS效果都忘记怎么写了。

比如我自己做的企业网站项目中导航中，想要鼠标经过文本的时候下边框出现并且中间向两边延伸出来（需求说明）。

这其实很简单的一个CSS效果，但是我是太久没有写过CSS。不得已问了一下“度娘”。

解决方案：

HTML结构：
