天津网讯依照《中华人民共和国全国人民代表大会和地方各级人民代表大会选举法》的有关规定，2017年6月22日，静海区人大常委会决定，罢免张文勇的天津市第十六届人民代表大会代表职务；2017年6月29日，西青区人大常委会决定，罢免周家彪的天津市第十六届人民代表大会代表职务；2017年7月18日，蓟州区人大常委会决定，罢免肖松的天津市第十六届人民代表大会代表职务；2017年7月14日，宝坻区人大常委会决定，接受王宏江辞去天津市第十六届人民代表大会代表职务。
依照《中华人民共和国全国人民代表大会和地方各级人民代表大会代表法》的有关规定，市人大常委会第三十七次会议审议了市人大常委会代表资格审查委员会《关于终止个别天津市第十六届人民代表大会代表的代表资格的审查报告》，确认以上4名代表的代表资格终止。
依照《中华人民共和国全国人民代表大会和地方各级人民代表大会选举法》的有关规定，周家彪的天津市人大常委会委员职务相应撤销。
截至目前，天津市第十六届人民代表大会实有代表695人。
